  • How do I know when it is time for me to hire a virtual assistant?

  • What kind of work can a virtual assistant do?
    Our virtual assistants are skilled in many different areas. Each one has a plethora of knowledge in their field and are ready to tackle your tasks.   • How much do you charge and how do I pay?
    We have flat-rate, flexible pricing plans that can be customizable based on your business needs and budget. Click here to see our pricing plans. You will be issued an invoice to be paid monthly in advance. Payments can be made via bank transfer (ACH), debit, credit, or Apple Pay at no additional fees. All payments are made and processed through our Intuit Quickbooks portal. You will also receive an automated reminder three days prior to the due date to ensure no late fee accrual. You do not need to pay: Recruitment costs Sick & holiday pay Taxes, Insurance, & worker’s compensation Office space, furniture, & computers Retention incentives
  • How do I know that my business and customer information will be safe?
    We take your confidential information very seriously. We use top notch SSL encryption to make sure your data stays safe and protected. Our assistants can't access any of your personal information that you have provided in our virtual portal. Additionally, all of our VAs have signed a non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement with us when they were hired. Any information that is not commonly known by the public is kept secure by your VA even in the event of a business relationship conclusion.
  • How well trained are your VAs?
    All of our virtual assistants go through a screening process, multiple interviews and background checks. They are tried and true professionals with education and experience. Our VAs grow with the company as they gain new skills and training. We are confident that our virtual assistants have the skills and learning abilities to assist you in every way.
  • How quickly can I begin working with my VA(s)?
    As soon as an agreement is signed, we begin connecting you with your virtual assistant. We strive to maximize your benefits as soon and as seamlessly as possible. Depending on your requirements, this process can take as little as 48 hours but no more than 10 business days.
  • Can I issue my VA an email address and introduce her/him to my clients and the rest of the team?
    Yes! We encourage you to treat your new worker as one of the team, just like you would with any new employee. We recommend you to spend some time initially with your VA to explain what you need to get done and how you need them done. Spending a little time with your VA in the beginning always helps in the long run.
  • How do I communicate with my VA(s)?
    Your assigned VA(s) will be available at all times during their scheduled work hours with your company. You can connect with your virtual assistant via chat, video, or email.
  • How do I keep track of hours worked?
    Each virtual assistant is monitored on a daily basis by one of our management team members using state of the art software that tracks exactly which tasks your employee is working on. A daily report is generated showing the following: Time & task tracking Work progress monitoring Start & finish time Breaks taken
  • What happens if I cannot reach my virtual assistant?
    Every client is assigned to a Team Leader and an Account Manager when they sign up with us. Your Team Leader will be available at all times to assist with any general questions or any issues that may arise. They will be fully aware of how your particular business operates and your expectations. One of their roles will be to communicate with you if your virtual assistant is ill and to ensure start times and work efficiency is carried out to our high standards. Your Account Manger is who you should contact if you have questions about an invoice, upgrade, downgrade, or cancellation of service.
  • What if I am not happy with the current VA?
    You can always reach your Team Leader and discuss any concerns that you might have if you are not happy with the current VA. We will first try our best to resolve the problems but if you still want to be assigned to a different VA, you can always send a request to your Account Manager.
  • Can I cancel any time?
    There are no contracts and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your service any time before your next billing cycle. Just send us an email to or just let your Account Manager know about the change and we'll adjust your plan accordingly.
  • What if I have more questions?
    If you have any other specific questions that are not answered above, feel free to use our contact us form or send an email directly to and we'll get back to you within 24 hours with the answers to your questions via email or phone.
